The capabilities of the AM 114ID hydraulic magnet

The client

The need

Removing rods and rebars from rubble.
The customer required a powerful electromagnet that could allow the lifting and removal of the pieces of tramp iron among the rubble of their many construction sites.
The complexity of this challenge was due to the fact that the rods were mixed with debris of various kinds, such as concrete, brick, wood and other materials, making it difficult to isolate and remove them.
A further specific request was that the same electromagnet could be used on different machines at different construction sites.
 

The solution

The AM 114ID hydraulic magnet
The solution to our customer's request is the AM 114ID hydraulic magnet equipped with teeth, specifically present on the magnet to move debris and facilitate the extraction of ferrous materials.
Among the many advantages of this hydraulic electromagnet, we highlight that, precisely because it is equipped with an on-board hydraulic generator and therefore it is totally independent, it can be easily moved to various machines.
