New AM 138 hydraulic magnet for 36-tonne excavators

ATIB Magnetics expands its product range with the introduction of a new size of hydraulic magnet: the AM 138.
With a power rating of 10.0 kW and a weight of 2,400 kg in the version with teeth, the AM 138 is ideally suited to excavators with an operating weight of 36-37 tonnes, such as the Hitachi ZX350, CAT 336, Volvo EC360 and similar models.

Thanks to the size of the new magnet model, owners of this range of excavators now have a perfectly sized hydraulic magnet, avoiding the need to choose between the slightly undersized 126 or the heavier 150, which is less suitable for machine stability.

Available in the three usual configurations – with chain, with plate or with plate and teeth – the AM 138 represents a balance between the 126 size (7.5 kW – 1850 kg with teeth) and the 150 size (12.0 kW – 2900 kg with teeth).
