Restyling of Atib Magnetics Hydraulic Magnets Range

An update that improves performance, safety, and maintenance for hydraulic magnets up to size 126

At Atib Magnetics, we have been working on redesigning our hydraulic magnet range with two specific goals:

• improve the user experience
• ensure even more reliable performance, even in the most demanding applications.

The new design we have developed applies to all hydraulic magnets up to size 126 and is suitable for all available configurations: with chain, with plate, and with teeth.
Furthermore, it meets the operational needs of various sectors, such as demolition, steel separation, and scrap metal collection.
 

What are the main changes?

• We've improved the magnetic stability even in the event of interruptions in the excavator's flow, improving operational continuity.
• We've integrated a thermal sensor that protects the magnet from overheating, increasing safety and reliability even during overload work cycles.
• We've equipped the new cover with large access windows that make hose connections quicker and cleaning activities easier.

These solutions help maintain high performance over time, even under harsh conditions, and greatly simplify installation and maintenance. Furthermore, they have allowed us to improve the power, performance, and overall reliability of Atib Magnetics hydraulic magnets.
